MEAN WELL DUPS40:

The DUPS40 is a 40A DIN rail type DC-UPS module, and it is paired with a power supply and an external battery to achieve the backup function. If the AC mains fails or is interrupted, the load will be immediately connected to the battery pack to avoid interruption and to ensure the continuous operation of the entire system (the operating time depends on the capacity of the battery pack).

The main features of the DUPS40 include: quick installation, small size (only 63mm wide) suitable for 24V battery packs and various capacities from 4AH ~ 135AH, 2A battery charging current, low voltage disconnect for battery protection and more.

MEAN WELL’s uninterruptible DC-UPS module DR-UPS40 has been on the market for 18 years. In order to provide more cost-effective DC backup solutions, MEAN WELL launched a new-generation DUPS20/40 series in SEP 2021.

The main function of DUPS20/40 is to monitor DC output voltage as well as to charge the battery to ensure the continuous operation of entire system (backup period depends on the load and battery capacity). When the AC mains fails or is interrupted, the load will be immediately connected to the battery pack to avoid system equipment shut down therefore to prevent any data loss or financial loss. The product is suitable for use in factory automation, semiconductor fabrication equipment, security systems, emergency systems, emergency lighting, wireless communication UPS, central monitoring systems, data centers, etc., where non-stop power to end device is required.

  DUPS40 یک ماژول 40 آمپر DC-UPS از نوع Din Rail است و برای پشتیبانی عملکرد بدون وقفه با قابلیت نصب بر روی ریل داخل تابلو طراحی شده است. ماژول DUPS40 وقتی به یک منبع تغذیه و یک باتری اضافه شود، یک سیستم برق اضطراری شکل می‌گیرد. اگر برق AC از کار بیفتد یا قطع شود، بار فوراً از طریق باتری تأمین می‌شود تا از وقفه جلوگیری شود و از عملکرد مداوم کل سیستم اطمینان حاصل شود (مدت زمان پشتیبانی به ظرفیت پک باتری بستگی دارد).

  ویژگی های اصلی DUPS40 عبارتند از: نصب سریع، اندازه کوچک (فقط 63 میلی متر عرض)، مناسب برای بسته های باتری 24 ولت و ظرفیت های مختلف از 4AH ~ 135AH، جریان شارژ باتری 2A، قطع ولتاژ پایین برای محافظت از باتری و موارد دیگر.

  ماژول DC-UPS بدون وقفه MEAN WELL DR-UPS40 مدت هجده سال است که در بازار وجود دارد. به منظور ارائه راه حل های مقرون به صرفه تر DC UPS، مینول نسل جدید سری DUPS20/40 را در سپتامبر 2021 روانه بازار کرد.

  عملکرد اصلی DUPS20/40 مونیتورینگ ولتاژ خروجی DC و همچنین شارژ باتری برای اطمینان از عملکرد مداوم کل سیستم است (مدت زمان Backup بستگی به بار و ظرفیت باتری دارد). هنگامی که شبکه برق AC از کار می‌افتد یا قطع می‌شود، بار فوراً به پک باتری متصل می‌شود تا از خاموش شدن تجهیزات سیستم جلوگیری شود تا محصول و داده از دست نرود و از ضرر مالی جلوگیری شود. این محصول برای استفاده در اتوماسیون صنعتی، خطوط تولید کارخانجات، تجهیزات ساخت نیمه هادی، سیستم های امنیتی/اضطراری، روشنایی اضطراری، UPS های ارتباطی بی سیم، سیستم های مانیتورینگ مرکزی، مراکز داده (دیتا سنتر) و غیره مناسب است، جایی که نیاز به برق بدون وقفه اهمیت حیاتی دارد.
